The Judging Panel

The judging took place in mid November and entries were received for all eight categories, the winner of the ACE Freedom of the Press Award was selected separately.

Some categories were better supported than others which could be a reflection of variable market conditions. However, overall entries were up on previous years and the judging was as demanding and challenging as it’s ever been. All categories were marked by all judges, except where there was a conflict of interest, on a scale of 0 (not very good!) to 10 (excellent).

Well done to all who entered this year’s awards and if you didn’t enter them, make sure you don’t miss out next year.

Thank you to our Judging Panel
