• 11.30am – Bar/Reception opens.
• 11.45am – Music from Trafalgar Brass.
• 12.20am – Take your seats please.
• 12.30pm – The Chairman’s Christmas Address Neil Jagger – Chairman of ACE.
• 12.45pm – Grace Reverend Canon David Meara – Rector of St Bride’s Church, Fleet Street.
• 1.40pm – Loyal Toast Michael Farrer Vice-Chairman of ACE.
• 2pm – Raffle
• 2.15pm – St Bride’s Choir and Communal Carol Singing.
• 3.00pm – Luncheon ends.
  

The hotel's Red Bar will be open for ACE guests, along with the Court Suite (on the ground floor) from 4-6.30pm. ACE will also be welcomed at the Loop Bar, Dering Street (off Oxford Street) where 'happy hour' is 5-7pm.
