The eagerly awaited finale to the 2021/22 Empower Programme was hosted on Thursday 24th March 2022 at The Grosvenor House Hotel Park Lane where four syndicates vied for audience attention keen to demonstrate how their initiative would succeed
Despite COVID-19 attrition the syndicates powered on in a hybrid production meshing those present with those unable to attend in person. Audience
reaction was energised and positive towards all the syndicates. Each audience member scored the presentations for the quality of their concept/content and their effectiveness in communication.

The Winners
The audience rated all syndicates highly however they felt one syndicate succeeded in capturing the moment and supporting this with strong initiates.
That syndicate was……
“ Syndicate mentor Leon Benoiton said..”In spite of a number of hurdles along the way – such as losing a team member at a very early stage as well as being affected by Covid during the latter stages – the passion, enthusiasm and tenacity demonstrated by the group was absolutely fantastic. The learnings from all the modules were fully taken on board and put into practice throughout the duration of the project. Massive congratulations to Ashika, Laura and Sam – not only were you a pleasure to work with but you are an absolute credit to your employers””
