Structure
Presented by Insights Learning and Development the Insights Discovery methodology uses a simple and memorable four colour model to help people understand their style, their strengths and the value they bring to the team. We call these the colour energies, and it’s the unique mix of Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue energies, which determines how and why people behave the way they do.
Objective
By the end of the module the delegates will….
- Have developed self-awareness and experienced tools to help you understand yourself and others.
- Formatted a pathway to apply new skills in the workplace and the Empower programme
- Have tools to enhance business interactions, build better relationships and promote team working
The Insights module is one of 14 modules comprising the ACE Empower programme and will be hosted online on Tuesday 3rd and Thursday 5th November 2020.
