Bathed in the warm sunshine our golfers felt the heat as they competed to secure the longest drive and over at Prestwich sports club we witnessed our first event rounders competition, which to say was competitive is clearly understating the emotion displayed by all who played

The bowls competition was won in style by Mike Wynn who also stole the show with his fielding talent in the rounders match immediately after as he leapt to make a catch worthy of any baseball or cricket legend
