The industry is extremely saddened by the sudden and untimely death of Dan Collins. Dan, a former chair of ACE, contributed significantly to the industry and was a vibrant, knowledgeable, respected and much liked person within the Newspaper and Magazine industry. Posting on Linkedin, his wife Lisa Collins said ‘This is a message from Dan’s wife Lisa Collins and his kids Josh Collins, Zara Collins and Tash: I am heartbroken to share with you that last Friday my darling husband Dan, suddenly passed away. An amazing Husband, a devoted Dad and an incredible friend to all who had the fortune to know him. The world is a sadder place without Dan in it and I can’t imagine our lives without him. We are devastated and struggling to come to terms with this tragic loss of his precious life.
